CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY FOR STILKOMPAGNIET

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, Stilkompagniet offers a 14-day full return policy from the day you receive your items. Proof of purchase is required.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN INFORMATION

You can obtain a return label or QR code online from us and drop off your package at the nearest parcel shop. Remember to save your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Returns

As a customer of Stilkompagniet, we aim to provide you with the best service, including when it comes to returning your items. It is easy, secure, and inexpensive to return your items using our return label. The package is insured and has a tracking number.

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, we offer a 14-day full return policy, starting from the day you receive your items. If you send the package later than 14 days after, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the total purchase price unless otherwise agreed. Return costs of 42 DKK are your responsibility unless you exchange for another item or otherwise agreed.

Return packages are processed as quickly as possible, but always within 14 days after Stilkompagniet.dk has received the return package.

Free Exchange

If you wish to exchange for a different size, you can do so "free of charge" via our return portal.

Condition of Items

Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as when received, and with the original packaging and labels. The item must always be returned in appropriate packaging; we recommend using the packaging you received the item in.

Gifts

If items purchased on Stilkompagniet.dk are wrapped as gifts, they will automatically be labeled with an exchange mark. Write in the comment field that it is a gift, as well as the date it will be given, and we will extend the exchange deadline.

WARRANTY

In accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you as a consumer are granted a 24-month warranty on all items. However, all claims require proof of purchase. The warranty does not apply to items that are defective due to damage or wear caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. For items with a limited lifespan, your warranty is limited to the lifespan that is customary for the specific item.
